How long does Oud Eclipse Extrait de Parfum last on the skin?
As an Extrait de Parfum with 40% perfume oil concentration, Oud Eclipse is formulated for exceptional longevity. The high oil content means the scent develops slowly and clings to the skin throughout the day, typically lasting 10–14 hours or more depending on skin type and application.
When should you wear an Oud-based Extrait de Parfum?
Oud Eclipse is best suited for evenings, formal occasions, and colder months when its bold, intense character can fully unfold. The depth of an Oud fragrance pairs well with occasions where you want presence and distinction, a statement scent for men who don't go unnoticed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free of charge for all orders to eligible EU mainland countries. No minimum order value required.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Delivery then takes an estimated 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier (DHL or UPS).
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging including all accessories and any promotional items.
Are perfumes and fragrances eligible for returns?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and fragranced products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
Are there any return shipping fees?
A return shipping fee of 5€ will be deducted from your refund (or charged accordingly). The only exception is if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — in that case, we cover the return costs in full.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive?
Please contact us at info@amaanstudios.eu as soon as possible - ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund, with return costs covered by us.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. Since we ship exclusively within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes should apply to your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, and Klarna. You can choose the option that suits you best at checkout.
Do you offer buy now, pay later?
Yes. We offer Klarna at checkout, which allows you to pay in instalments or pay later depending on the options available in your country.
I'm based in the Netherlands, can I pay with iDEAL?
Yes, iDEAL is available as a payment option at checkout. It allows you to pay directly and securely via your Dutch bank account.
Can I pay with Bancontact or EPS?
Yes. Bancontact (available for Belgian customers) and EPS (available for Austrian customers) are both accepted at checkout as local bank payment options.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We do not store your card details on our end. Your financial information is handled exclusively by our trusted payment partners.
When will my payment be charged?
Payment is collected at the time you place your order. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order within 1–2 business days.
