1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern all orders placed through our online store by consumers and businesses within the European Union.

3. Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment must be made using the methods provided at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made in accordance with our Shipping Policy. We offer free shipping within EU mainland countries. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy)
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, perfumes that have been opened or used.
Return Costs:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, a return shipping fee of 5€ will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of Returned Goods:
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable Law
The laws of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
