Delivery Area
We currently ship to all member states of the European Union. Please note that deliveries are limited to mainland destinations only (no islands or overseas territories).

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free of charge for all orders within the eligible EU mainland countries.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country but generally range between 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand.

Shipping Carrier
We ship our orders using DHL and UPS. The carrier will be selected depending on the destination, size, and logistics requirements of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Returns
Customers have the right to return their order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If you wish to return an item, a return shipping fee of 5€ will be deducted from your refund or charged accordingly.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@amaanstudios.eu before returning any items to receive further instructions.
